#GOALS

I know one of the big keys to weight loss, other than counting every SINGLE calorie, is knowing where you start and knowing where you are going. I know what my starting point is. Boy….I REALLY know where I am coming from.

I am starting from the heaviest weight of my life.

I am starting from 10 pounds heavier than when I got married, and I wasn’t healthy then either.

I am starting from having no energy to exercise before or after work.

I am starting from being winded with any strenuous activity.

I thought instead of setting a goal weight, although I do have a loose idea of one in mind, I thought I would like to be able to wear an outfit I always thought was cute, but never felt I could wear and feel comfortable. In public. Without feeling like I needed to constantly pull down the shirt and fidget with the bottoms. An outfit I was always jealous that people could wear (regardless of their size) and hold their head high in confidence. Tank top, capri leggings, and cute “kicking around shoes” as I like to call them.

What are your goals for 2017?
