Cheat Days

No one is perfect with their diet, and I am certainly no exception. For me, I tend to have a little treat most days (but not every day) vs one day where I just completely fall off the wagon. I know myself well enough that this keeps me sane and focused on the end goal, and that one day of treats just doesn’t work for me. Usually, a single scoop of light vanilla ice cream does the trick!
