I was looking to come up with a really easy marinade that was similar to my Marinated Skirt Steak recipe, but with no sugar, and even less ingredients, if that was even possible. This multi-purpose marinade does the trick, and so far, I have used it in burgers, on steak, and with roasts. Good every time!
This sauce is named appropriately….you can literally eat it on everything. We dip naked chicken strips in it, we top potatoes with it, you can use it for a tangy salad dressing.
